Insurance

• Chiropractors are primary care physicians.  This means you can come directly to our clinic with your health care needs.  Referrals are not necessary.

• If you are uninsured or underinsured for chiropractic care, we have a reasonable time of visit cash discount of $40
• 
  
• We also have a variety of packages for wellness care and families:
• 1) Initial Care Plan——–12 visits for $450
• Each Re-exam + X-rays——$100
• 2) Corrective Care Plan–25 visits for $875
• Each Re-exam + X-rays——$85
• 3) Wellness Care Plan—50 visits for $1500
• Each Re-exam + X-rays——$75
• 4) Family Plan———–100visits for $2500
• Each Re-exam + X-rays——$50

• We work with all insurances.  Please bring your insurance card/information; we will verify your benefits and bill your insurance.
• We accept and/or open Labor and Industries/Workman Compensation cases.
• We accept personal injury cases, for example automobile accident injuries.
• We accept Medicare and bill for you.  You will be reimbursed directly by Medicare.
• We do not accept Medicaid, but no patient is refused for a lack of ability to pay.
